# Fit for the Kingdom

Fit for the Kingdom (FFTK) is a Catholic men's apostolate uniting physical
fitness with spiritual formation. We form men as soldiers for Christ through
training, brotherhood, and the sacraments, with active chapters across
Australia and New Zealand.

- Weekly local training meets ("St Michael's Troops") combining workouts,
  Mass, teaching, and brotherhood.
